Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this new image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing various areas of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
